Anatomy Program Service of Gratitude
On Friday May 12th, the Anatomy program held the Service of Gratitude. The Service of Gratitude is a memorial service conducted by the Education in Anatomy Department. It is held annually to honour the donors of the previous year. Relatives and friends as well as staff and students of the Faculty of Health Sciences attend this service. This year we had 150 family members and 50 assorted faculty, staff and students present, including the chief coroner of Ontario Dr. Dirk Huyer. We honored 39 donors that were bequeathed to the Education Program in Anatomy for 2022. Held at the concert hall in LR Wilson for the first time and live streamed to those that could not attend. We are deeply grateful for those who those who gave so others may learn.
